We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team in a role that combines sales expertise with managerial responsibilities.- This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the leadership team and play a pivotal role in driving business growth while ensuring client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:1. Schedule and conduct meetings with salon and spa owners across various regions, presenting our salon management software and services.2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, securing partnerships to achieve sales targets and ensure long-term customer loyalty.3. Take full ownership of the client onboarding process, including installing and educating clients on the software's benefits.4. Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial customer engagement to closing deals, and develop strategies for cross-selling and up-selling additional products and services.5.Work alongside our Co-Founder & COO to address customer concerns, resolve issues and deliver seamless client experiences.6. Track, monitor and report monthly sales goals, targets and KPIs, aligning them with corporate objectives.7.Gather feedback from salons and spas to identify areas for improvement, collaborating with the tech and founding teams for product enhancements.8.
