1. Staff Management
• Leadership : Lead and motivate bar staff to provide exceptional customer service.
• Training : Train new staff on bar procedures, drink preparation, and service standards.
• Scheduling : Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
• Performance Monitoring : Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback and support for improvement.
• Conflict Resolution : Address and resolve any staff conflicts or issues that arise.
2. Customer Service
• Guest Relations : Greet guests, manage reservations, and handle any customer inquiries or complaints.
• Service Excellence : Ensure that all staff adhere to service protocols and provide a high-quality experience for patrons.
• Feedback Management : Collect and act on guest feedback to enhance the bar's service and atmosphere.
3. Bar Operations
• Daily Setup : Oversee the setup and breakdown of the bar area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked.
• Drink Preparation : Assist with the preparation and serving of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Inventory Management : Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage stock to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
• Cash Handling : Ensure accurate cash handling, including cash register operations, billing, and financial transactions.
4. Compliance and Safety
• Regulations : Ensure that all operations comply with local laws and regulations, including alcohol service laws and health and safety standards.
• Safety Procedures : Implement and oversee safety procedures for both staff and guests, including emergency protocols and first aid.
5. Administrative Duties
• Reporting : Provide regular reports to the Bar Manager on sales, staff performance, and any operational issues.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and incident reports.
