Job Title: Restaurant Manager (with Bar Experience)

Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager with expertise in managing bar operations to join our team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both restaurant and bar management, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
• Lead by example to ensure high standards of service and hospitality are maintained at all times.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase profitability, and enhance the overall guest experience.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service and promote a positive work environment.
• Manage bar inventory, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining stock levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as liquor licensing regulations.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus, ensuring alignment with customer preferences and industry trends.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed guest expectations.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations to provide feedback and foster continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the management team to develop and execute marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events to drive traffic and revenue.

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably with a focus on bar operations, in a high-volume establishment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation.
• Ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control measures.
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Certification in Food Handling and Alcohol Service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is highly desirable.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
