We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Banquet Sales Executive to join our team in Tirupati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving banquet sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of banquet events. This role demands excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and a proven track record in sales within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales and Marketing:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and boost banquet sales.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer requirements.
• Promote banquet services through various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and direct marketing.
• Client Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with clients to secure bookings.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with clients, addressing their needs and preferences.
• Event Coordination:
• Collaborate with the operations team to plan and execute banquet events smoothly.
• Oversee event setup, including coordination of catering, decorations, AV equipment, and other logistics.
• Ensure all client specifications are met and handle any on-site issues promptly and professionally.
• Administrative Duties:
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and event outcomes.
• Generate sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Handle contracts, billing, and payments in accordance with company policies.
• Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Address and resolve any client complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in banquet sales, event planning, or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
