Event Coordination: Oversee all aspects of banquet events, from planning to execution, ensuring flawless coordination and adherence to timelines.
Staff Management: Lead and motivate banquet staff, including servers, bartenders, and support personnel, to deliver exceptional service.
Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and preferences to customize event experiences.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of service quality and presentation, consistently exceeding guest expectations.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage banquet inventory, including equipment, supplies, and amenities, to ensure adequate stock levels.
Budget Control: Assist in developing and managing banquet budgets, controlling costs while maximizing profitability.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as hotel policies and procedures, during all banquet operations.
Problem Resolution: Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively, striving to resolve them to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
