Position Purpose: 1. Designing and expanding training and development programmes based on the needs of the operations 2. Heading the entire gamut of training, quality and talent development aspects
3. Analyse training needs to develop new training programs to develop training programs 4. Conduct to arrange for ongoing technical training and personal classes for staff at restaurant level. 5. Plan, develop and provide training using knowledge of effectiveness of methods such as classroom trainings, demonstrations on job training and workshops. 6. Develop training manuals evaluation procedures multi-media visual aids and reading materials 7. Prepare training budgets for department. 8. Conduct training service to identify training needs based on projected production processes 9. Responsible for conducting training audits of the restaurants & providing the training support as per action planning. 10. Training of employees for new outlet launch 11. Conduct soft skill, leadership, behavioral training in discussion with HR and Operations
