:Job Title: Operations SpecialistExperience:

• At least 4 years of relevant experience

• Minimum of 6 years of experience, including 2 years as a Team Lead

• 10 or more years of experience in operations management

CTC:

• Salary up to 8 LPA

• 12.5 LPA

• 16 LPA

Location: HyderabadProcess: Non-VoiceSkills:

• Proficiency in End to End Bankruptcy within the US Mortgage Domain

• Exceptional communication skills

Notice Period: Immediate to 60 daysInterview Mode: Virtual (Online Interview):

• Engage with all client stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of KPIs

• Prepare and conduct regular reviews with the client, including MISxe2x80x99s/MBR/QBR

• Ensure team members meet or exceed productivity and quality targets

• Address daily operational, administrative, and technical issues

• Manage and respond to client escalations promptly

• Conduct comprehensive legal research on bankruptcy laws, precedents, and regulations

• Strong knowledge of US Mortgage Domain and bankruptcy laws

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
