We're looking for a driven and personable Banking Sales Officer to join our Retail Banking department! You\'ll play a pivotal role in building relationships, understanding customer needs, and recommending the perfect financial products and services to help them achieve their goals.Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition: Proactively identify and acquire new customers through various channels like branch visits, community outreach, referrals, and lead generation.
Product Sales & Cross-Selling: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our retail banking product portfolio, including checking and savings accounts, loans (auto, mortgage, etc.), credit cards, and investment products. Effectively present these solutions and secure sales based on individual customer needs.
Financial Consulting: Act as a trusted financial advisor, actively listening to customer concerns and goals. Recommend the most suitable banking products and services to help them manage their finances effectively.
Relationship Building: Build strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers. Foster trust and provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Target Achievement: Strive to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for various banking products and services.
