We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Banking Quality Check Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying and checking banking documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards, and making necessary updates. This role is suited for individuals with a background in banking operations and a degree in commerce (B.Com).
Key Responsibilities:
• Document Verification : Review and verify banking documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Quality Checks : Conduct quality checks on processed transactions and documents to identify discrepancies or errors.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all banking documents and processes comply with regulatory standards and internal guidelines.
• Updates and Corrections : Make necessary updates and corrections to documents and records as required.
• Reporting : Prepare and maintain detailed reports on quality checks and discrepancies found.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other banking operations teams to ensure seamless workflow and accurate documentation.
• Continuous Improvement : Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the quality check process.
• Training and Support : Provide training and support to junior team members on quality check procedures and best practices.
Qualifications:
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
