Role & responsibilities
1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings.
2. Provide information about products, services, or policies.
3. Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to higher management if necessary.
4. Regularly follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
5. Anticipate customer needs and proactively offer solutions.
6. Recommend additional products or services based on customer needs.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM systems.
8. Track customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups for future reference.

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
