Overview: As a Financial Service Consultant in the Banca Channel, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through our banking partners to offer them personalized life insurance solutions tailored to their financial needs. You will play a crucial role in building strong relationships, providing expert advice, and promoting our products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with our banking partners to identify and engage with potential customers, leveraging their existing client base and network to generate leads and referrals.
• Build rapport and establish trust with customers through proactive communication, needs analysis, and personalized financial planning sessions. o Conduct regular follow-ups and reviews to deepen relationships, address customer inquiries, and provide ongoing support.
• Present and promote the range of life insurance products and services to customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and suitability based on individual financial goals and risk profiles.
• Cross-sell and upsell additional products and services to maximize revenue opportunities and enhance customer value.
• Educate customers on the importance of life insurance and financial planning, empowering them to make informed decisions to protect their families and secure their financial future.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting the insurance sector, incorporating relevant insights into sales practices and customer interactions.
We're looking for someone with:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Sound knowledge of insurance products, sales techniques, and market dynamics.
