1. Responsible for the Bank Tie-up/Lead Generation/Relationship Management with existing Banks/Sales enrolments/Sales (EDC/POS) in the assigned geography.
2. Do the market race and prepare the list of prospective customers.
3. Handle the team members (BDMs) and motivate them to achieve better sales.
4. Ensure the team members are in a market where enrolments & usage are done regularly.
5. He should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified areas.
6. Ensure quality and adhering the TAT.
