We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bank Follow-up Officer to join our team in Vytilla, Ernakulam . This role is ideal for both freshers and candidates with prior experience in the banking sector who are looking to build their career in banking operations.

As a Bank Follow-up Officer , you will be responsible for following up on pending banking operations and ensuring that customer queries, loans, and transactions are processed efficiently. You will play a crucial role in maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth communication between the bank and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow-up on overdue accounts and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate records of follow-ups and update the system with current statuses.
• Communicate with customers regarding any issues or updates related to their bank accounts.
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Address customer inquiries and provide information on products and services offered by the bank.
• Assist in resolving any discrepancies in account records and follow through until resolution.
• Prepare reports on overdue accounts and payment progress.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and banking regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Qualification: MBA or MCOM from a recognized university.
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with prior experience in the banking sector are encouraged to apply.
• Skills:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Time management and organizational skills.

Salary:

• ?15,000 - ?20,000 per month, based on qualification and experience.
