Key Responsibilities: Collaboration with Hiring Managers:Work closely with hiring managers to understand their sales staffing needs and develop a recruitment strategy.
Build strong relationships with sales leaders to gain insights into the ideal candidate profiles for various sales roles. Candidate Sourcing:Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify and attract top sales talent.
Proactively source candidates through direct outreach and engagement efforts. Screening and Evaluation:Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess their qualifications, experience, and alignment with the organization\'s values.
Evaluate candidates\' sales skills, motivation, and cultural fit through interviews and assessments. Interview Coordination:Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers. Offer Management:Work closely with the HR department to develop competitive and compelling job offers.
Negotiate and finalize job offers, ensuring a smooth transition for successful candidates. Talent Pipeline Management:Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales candidates for current and future hiring needs.
