India's leading insurance company is seeking proactive and experienced individuals to join our team as Bancassurance Sales Officer in the Banca Channel.The primary responsibility of this role is to foster and manage relationships with our banking partners, drive the sales of insurance products, and ensure a seamless integration of insurance services within the bank.Key Responsibilities:Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and management.
Act as the primary point of contact between the insurance company and the bank.
Collaborate with bank branches to identify sales opportunities and provide customized insurance solutions.
Sales and Business Development:
Achieve and exceed sales targets for various insurance products.
Conduct regular sales activities and campaigns within the bank branches.
Generate leads and drive sales through effective relationship building and management.
Training and Support:
Train and mentor bank staff on insurance products and sales techniques.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to update bank staff on new products and compliance requirements.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to bank staff to enhance their sales capabilities.
Customer Service:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent post-sales support.
Address and resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
Maintain a customer-centric approach to foster long-term relationships.
