Roles and Responsibilities:
• Proactively engage with potential customers through various direct marketing channels, including
telephone calls, emails, SMS, and social media platforms, to generate leads and promote life
insurance products.
• Present and explain the features, benefits, and value proposition of our life insurance products and
services to customers, addressing their concerns and objections effectively to secure sales
closures.
• Identify and target specific customer segments and market niches with high potential for life
insurance sales, leveraging data analytics, market research, and customer profiling techniques.
• Develop and implement strategic prospecting plans and campaigns to generate new leads,
referrals, and sales opportunities, continuously expanding the customer base and market reach.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and prospects, tracking progress, and follow-up
activities to ensure timely conversion and closure of sales.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and reviews with customers to assess their changing needs, provide
additional recommendations, and cross-sell/up-sell supplementary products and services as
appropriate.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
established by the company, demonstrating consistent sales performance and business growth.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to enhance product
knowledge, sales skills, and professional development.
