: Banca Channel Life Insurance - Relationship ManagerPosition: Relationship Manager (Banca Channel)Location: AhmedabadJob Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Relationship Manager to join our Banca Channel team. The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree and at least 1 year of experience in cross-selling life insurance products. If you are passionate about sales, customer relationships, and achieving targets, this role is for you.Responsibilities:Business Development:

• Collaborate with bank branches to identify potential customers.
• Cross-sell life insurance products to existing bank customers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Relationship Building:

• Establish strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff.
• Work closely with the bank to generate leads and referrals.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client queries.

Product Knowledge:

• Understand the features and benefits of various life insurance policies.
• Educate customers on the importance of insurance and tailor solutions to their needs.

Sales Strategy:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize business growth.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate degree (any discipline).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in cross-selling life insurance products.
• Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Result-oriented and self-motivated.
• Familiarity with banking and insurance processes.

Compensation:

• CTC: \xe2\x82\xb92.50 to \xe2\x82\xb93.00 lac per annum (negotiable based on experience).
