Job Description

We are seeking a qualified BAMS practitioner with a specialization in gynecology to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide holistic healthcare to female patients, focusing on reproductive health, menstrual disorders, pregnancy care, and overall well-being using Ayurvedic principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care:
• Conduct thorough assessments and consultations for female patients.
• Diagnose and treat gynecological issues using Ayurvedic treatments and herbal remedies.
• Provide pre-natal and post-natal care, including dietary and lifestyle recommendations.
• Treatment Planning:
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient history and Ayurvedic principles.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Health Education:
• Educate patients on Ayurvedic practices, reproductive health, and preventive care.
• Conduct workshops and seminars on women's health topics.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
• Refer patients to specialists when necessary.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Keep up-to-date with medical records and follow clinic protocols.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) degree.
• Valid professional license to practice.
• Specialization or additional training in gynecology preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
