Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, energetic Counselor with a BAMS or BDS degree to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist potential patients by providing information about our services, addressing their concerns, and guiding them through the initial stages of their journey. Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with our diverse patient base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Communication: Reach out to potential patients via phone and email to provide information about our services and answer queries.
• Counseling: Offer emotional support and guidance to patients, addressing their fears and concerns regarding our procedures.
• Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for consultations and follow-up visits.
• Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads and patients to ensure ongoing communication and support.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions with patients and update CRM systems as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with medical staff to ensure a seamless experience for patients.
• Educational Support: Provide patients with educational materials and resources related to our treatments and processes.

Qualifications:

• BAMS or BDS degree.
• Previous experience in counseling, customer service, or telecalling, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Empathy and understanding of the emotional challenges faced by patients undergoing fertility treatments.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
