Position: BAMS Doctor
Location: Multi Specialty Hospital, Kangra, Himachal Pradesh
Shift: Night Shift (8 PM - 8 AM)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) doctor to join our team for night shifts at our well-established multi-specialty hospital in Kangra. The ideal candidate should have a passion for patient care, a strong foundation in Ayurveda, and the ability to work in collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide medical care to patients during the night shift, addressing acute medical needs.
• Monitor patient health conditions, provide Ayurvedic treatment when appropriate, and recommend further treatment plans.
• Coordinate with other medical specialists, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Handle emergencies effectively and coordinate with the hospital's emergency services.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely follow-up of cases.
• Assist in patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.

Qualifications:

• BAMS degree from a recognized university.
• Valid registration with the appropriate medical board/council.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred (freshers may also apply).
• Ability to work independently during night hours.
• Strong interpersonal skills, compassion, and a patient-centered approach.
