We believe this love and attention to detail can be tasted in every bite. About the role We have an excellent opportunity for a Bakery Logistics and Dispatch Associate. This is your chance to bring your love of desserts, operations and logistics to the plate. Responsibilities and Duties Logistics: This includes logistics mapping and delivery management, including driver management. Planning and scheduling: You are responsible for planning and scheduling delivery routes, using the delivery software considering delivery deadlines and customer requirements. Transportation management: You will oversee the transportation of bakery products from the bakery to the customers. They need to ensure that the transportation is done efficiently and cost-effectively, while also ensuring that the products are delivered on time and in good condition. Dispatch coordination: You will be responsible for managing the dispatch process, which includes coordinating the scheduling of deliveries, allocating resources, and assigning tasks to the dispatch team. You ensure every item leaving the bakery is checked, signed and handed over the correct delivery personnel. Dispatch Quality control: You will be responsible for ensuring that the bakery products are delivered in good condition and meet the quality standards of the bakery. This may involve monitoring the dispatch process, conducting quality checks, and implementing corrective actions as needed. Coordinate with the production in charge if products and set and d cor is as per customers requirements. Team management: The role may be responsible for managing a team of delivery drivers or other logistics personnel. They need to ensure that the team is properly trained and motivated, and that they are working efficiently and effectively as per company rules. Secondary Role: This includes stock take, inventory management, purchasing and operations Responsibilities and Duties 2+ years in Operations, Dispatch and Logistics Ideally experience in cloud kitchens or bakeries Bachelors Degree Good Analytic and Negotiation Skills Excellent communication and writing in English Good knowledge in Excel and Mapping Systems Experience in any CRM or restaurant billing system is an advantage Works well under pressure and good at multitasking Benefits Flexibility along with a lot of learning along with the way Perks and Bonuses Food and tea Job Type: Full-time Salary: 20,000- 30,000, depending on experience Employment Type Full-time
