1. Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers
2. Make sure all recipes are for the pastry and bakery are standardized and communicated to Pastry personnel.
3. Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc. following traditional and modern recipes
4. Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
5. Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate orders within budget
6. Guide and motivate pastry assistants and bakers to work more efficiently
7. Make sure all recipes are for the pastry and bakery are standardized and communicated to Pastry personnel
8. Be able to work well on their own initiative and to work in a team environment.
