Job Description

• Oversee daily bakery operations
• Develop and test new recipes
• Ensure all products meet quality standards
• Manage and train junior staff
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Monitor inventory and order supplies
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff
• Manage cost control and budgeting
• Create a variety of baked goods
• Decorate cakes and pastries
• Conduct regular quality checks
• Handle customer inquiries and special orders
• Stay updated on industry trends
• Implement new baking techniques
• Maintain equipment and tools
• Plan and execute seasonal menus
• Coordinate with suppliers
• Ensure timely production of baked goods
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
