• Attention to detail and precision in baking techniques
• Knowledge of artisanal baking methods
• Ability to create healthy and artisanal baked goods
• Skills in cake decoration and presentation
Roles and Responsibilities
• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods like bread, cakes, and pastries
• Create new and innovative recipes while ensuring quality and consistency
• Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
• Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
• Collaborate with team members to meet customer demands
