The bakery chef de partie (CDP) is responsible for managing a specific section of the bakery kitchen, ensuring the preparation, baking, and presentation of high-quality baked goods. The role requires strong creativity and leadership to oversee junior staff and ensure the smooth operation of the bakery section.
