Back to Source is looking for an experienced Sous Bakery Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a desire to create high-quality pastries and baked goods without preservatives and chemicals. As a Sous Bakery Chef, you shall be responsible for the day to operations of the bakery and shall report to the management. All the recipes shall be defined with the consultations with management without chemicals and preservatives. Requirements: * At least 3 years of experience in a reputed bakery as CPD/Sous Chef. * Strong knowledge of baking techniques, including bread making, pastry, cakes etc. * Excellent leadership and communication skills. * Attention to details.
