Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Young Bakery Assistant to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone with basic cooking and baking skills who is eager to learn and grow in a vibrant bakery environment.

•Key Responsibilities:•

- Assist with the preparation and baking of a variety of bakery items, including bread, pastries, and cakes, according to our recipes and standards.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.

- Help with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and properly storing ingredients.

- Follow directions from the head baker and other team members to learn new techniques and improve baking skills.

- Participate in quality control by ensuring all products meet our high standards before being displayed or sold.

- Collaborate with the team to create a positive and productive work environment.

•Qualifications:•

- Basic knowledge of cooking and baking techniques - prior experience in a bakery is a plus but not required.

- A strong willingness to learn and grow in the baking profession.

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.

- Ability to communicate effectively and work well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Morning shift
• Weekend availability
