Experience : Minimum 2-3 years, Freshers also preferred

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and present high-quality bakery and pastry items.
• Develop and execute Continental desserts and baked goods.
• Innovate recipes while maintaining consistency and standards.
• Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory and hygiene compliance.
• Train and mentor junior staff in bakery and pastry techniques.

Requirements :

• Proven expertise in Bakery and Continental cuisines.
• Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for culinary arts.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen management.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
