Baker And Cake Decorator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and creative Baker and Cake Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked treats. You will also design and decorate custom cakes for special occasions, ensuring they meet both our quality standards and the client's vision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Baking:
• Prepare and bake a variety of goods including breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, and other items.
• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and adjust for consistency and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area and adhere to food safety standards.
• Cake Design:
• Design and create custom cakes and baked goods that align with customer requests and themes.
• Decorate cakes using various techniques such as piping, fondant, and edible decorations.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and design ideas.
• Quality Control:
• Ensure all products meet the highest quality standards for taste, appearance, and presentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with recipes or baking processes.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
