Key Objectives/Responsibilities of this Role :- Owns sales targets for assigned relationships and location. - Manage sales and relationships of assigned Key/Banca partnerships and drive them to deliver on agreed business plan and overachieve them on number of new customers, topline, value and volume penetrations. Find new opportunities to increase business with such partners. - Conduct regular and need-based training for channel partners and help them perform well on BFHL Products, support them with joint field work. - Effectively drives R&R and incentives to enhance participation and increase productivity of channel sales team and drive partnership\'s business objectives. - Stakeholder management, process and compliance practices in assigned geography. - Tracks competition in the assigned territory and share continuation feedback with his superiors.
