: Professional Badminton Trainer
Employment Type: Full-Time

Reporting to : Principal/Head of Department

Key Responsibilities :

• Training and Coaching
• Develop and execute training programs tailored to players' skill levels.
• Teach proper techniques for footwork, shots, and strategies.
• Conduct drills to improve agility, reflexes, and stamina.
• Player Development
• Assess players' strengths and weaknesses to provide personalized guidance.
• Monitor progress and adjust training routines accordingly.
• Mentor players on mental toughness and game tactics.
• Competition Preparation
• Prepare players for tournaments, including match strategies and mindset.
• Analyze opponents' playing styles to devise winning tactics.
• Offer post-match analysis and feedback for improvement.
• Fitness and Conditioning
• Design fitness routines to enhance strength, endurance, and flexibility.
• Emphasize injury prevention techniques and recovery practices.
• Administrative Duties
• Maintain records of players' progress and performance.
• Organize and oversee training schedules and sessions.
• Coordinate with sports organizations for events and competitions.
• Equipment Management
• Ensure players have the right equipment (rackets, shuttles, shoes, etc.).
• Advise on gear upgrades and proper maintenance.
• Soft Skills
• Encourage teamwork and sportsmanship among players.
• Build positive relationships with players, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in badminton.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
