Profile: Backup Solution Architect
Exp :- 10+ Years
NP: 15 - 30 Days
Location : BangaloreDetailed JD:

• Extensive knowledge and approx. 10+ Years of experience in the enterprise IT infrastructure of implementation and maintenance of Backup solution.
• Should be well experienced in customer facing skills such as - Technical understanding, presentation skills, deep expertise in backup hardware and software (Ransomware protection, criticality of data, data resiliency, isolation, Backup tool (Preferable Commvault)
• Understanding and experience with highly complex mission critical application(RTO and RPO), legal data, Data governance, GDPR, PII information.
• Excellent understanding of Backup technology with a clear understanding of Filesystem, OS, VADP, NDMP, DB Backup, Snapshot & system recovery technology.
• Knowledge and experience with one or more of the following: Data center infrastructure, Software-defined Backup, SaaS base Infrastructure, Public/Private cloud, high performance computing, Ransomware protection, Identity and access, Security patching, endpoint management, Network, Firewall.
• Experience with backup/ recovery architecture and design with one or more of the tools (DataDomain, Avamar, Commvault, Networker, Veeam, Cohesity, Rubrik, Veeam, NetBackup)
• Hands-on lab and proof of concept experience a big plus. Willingness to be flexible in a rapidly growing entrepreneurial, dynamic environment.
• Perform daily monitoring and management of the backup solution.
• Perform problem management and incident correlation on re-occurring issues.
• Create and update documentation of backup environment.
• Be an escalation point of all backup related issues.
• Performance and capacity management.
• Good expertise of Change management.
• RCA preparation and meeting SLA for RCA submission.
• System administration and IT certification in Linux, Microsoft, VMware or other network related fields are added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills mandatory
