RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and oversee the back-office sales team, ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement robust end-to-end sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with front-office inspection teams to align sales strategies and initiatives.
• Initiating and placing inquiries to relevant suppliers.
• Preparing, tracking and following up on quotations to the overseas buyers
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
• Handling complete documentation post order and post shipments
• Maintaining sales database on ERP system
• Reviewing documentation right from placement of order to inspection and testing.
• Provide training and mentorship to the sales support staff.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Self-disciplined, organized, trustworthy & problem-solving skills.
• Good Communication Skills both verbal and written
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet
• Ability to produce reports and recommendations
• A keen eye for accuracy and detail-oriented
• An effective communicator
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Education: MBA (Marketing), Graduate from any recognized university (science background will be preferred)
• Experience: 1-2 years as a Back-Office executive or Sales executive
• Female Candidate is preferred.
