Job Title: Background Verification Officer
Location: Panjagutta, Hyderabad
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Background Verification Officer to join our team. As a Background Verification Officer, you will be responsible for conducting thorough background checks on potential employees, vendors, and contractors to ensure the integrity and security of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive background checks, including but not limited to:
- Criminal record checks
- Employment verification
- Education verification
- Reference checks
- Gather and analyze data from various sources, including public records, databases, and interviews.
- Identify potential risks and discrepancies in candidate backgrounds.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on background check findings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of background checks and verification results.
Requirements:
MUST HAVE CLIENT RELATIONS AND HOW TO FIND THE CLIENTS
- 2-3 years of experience in background verification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
