• Support sales operations and process orders.
• Maintain customer databases and sales documentation.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze data.
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams.

• Excellent reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales software.
• Experience in sales support or a related role is a plus.
