Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills :
• MS Excel : Expertise in creating and managing pivot tables, pie charts, and other advanced Excel functions is crucial. The individual should be adept at analyzing and visualizing data to generate insightful reports.
• MS Word : Proficiency in formatting, document creation, and editing is required to prepare comprehensive reports and documentation.
• MS PowerPoint : The ability to create compelling presentations that effectively communicate data and feedback is necessary.
• Data Management and Reporting :
• The individual is responsible for publishing feedback and reports on multiple bank datasets on a daily and hourly basis. This involves gathering data, analyzing it, and generating accurate and timely reports.
• Knowledge in mapping data points to create clear and informative visual representations is essential.
• Backend Operations :
• The candidate will handle all backend activities for multiple banks. This includes managing data, ensuring data integrity, and supporting various banking operations from the backend.
• They are responsible for the allocation process, coordinating with field executives and telecalling teams to ensure tasks are distributed efficiently across multiple banks.
• Coordination and Communication :
• Effective communication skills are necessary for coordinating with various teams, including field executives and telecalling teams. The individual must ensure that all team members are well-informed and that feedback is communicated clearly and promptly.
• Technical and Analytical Skills :
• The role requires strong technical skills to handle complex datasets and perform detailed analyses. The individual should be capable of using advanced Excel functions and other analytical tools to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes.
