oMaintaining Sheets: Responsible for maintaining various important Google sheets related to accounts, daily working, expenses, master client sheets, link sheets etc.
oInvoices, Receipts & Links: Responsible for sending invoices & links to clients, payment receipts to vendors etc.
oPayment Collection & Disbursements: Responsible for collecting payments from clients through different modes of payment and also responsible for payment of daily working expenses in co-ordination with Branch Head.
oCo-ordination: Responsible for coordination with Branch Head, Head office & vendors regarding maintaining various sheets & helping in daily operations of the branch.
oClient Servicing: Maintaining Proper formal relationship with clients and looking into timely delivery of the services to the clients.
oData Entry: Maintaining Proper data of the clients.
oReports: Submitting Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports on time.
oAdditional work might be given as well.
