We are looking for a

highly organized and proactive Backend Executive

to oversee procurement operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely procurement of goods and services while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic purchasing plans to optimize procurement processes. Identify, evaluate, and establish strong relationships with reliable suppliers. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure cost-effective procurement. Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records of transactions. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with internal departments for procurement planning. Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and cost-saving measures. Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement guidelines, and industry regulations. Track and analyze procurement performance metrics to enhance efficiency. Work closely with finance and operations teams to align procurement with budgetary goals. Address supply chain challenges and ensure smooth operational workflows.

Qualifications & Skills:

1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management. Strong negotiation skills with a deep understanding of vendor management. Knowledge of procurement best practices, industry trends, and cost optimization techniques. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle procurement challenges effectively.
