• - Support team and task allocation processes using automation tools.
• 5. Catalog and Content Management:
• - Update and maintain product/service catalogs for clients.
• - Assist in automating content updates across various platforms.
• 6. Customer Support:
• - Provide backend support for client queries related to automation tools.
• - Ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues.
• 7. Reporting and Analytics:
• - Generate regular reports on system performance and project progress.
• - Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• 1. Educational Background:
• - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.

• o - Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis.
