Founders are Alumni of IIT Delhi, NSIT Google, McKinsey, Zomato etc.They are on a mission to solve for Loneliness with AI by ushering in a more responsible and healthier online-offline matchmaking paradigm.Startups and bluechip VCs in the Valley are starting to address the opportunity, and we believe India has structural advantages the US lacks to build the next global company in this space.Our core insight is that the modus operandi of the traditional Indian matchmaker elegantly solves for all the big problems users of the current online paradigm rant about e.g., privacy, fake/scammer profiles, a problem of plenty, poor match to meeting funnel, ghosting/no closure etc. and business problemsAs a Backend Engineer, you will have the exciting opportunity to work on designing, developing, testing, and maintaining backend systems that power exceptional user experiences. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a pivotal role in transforming ideas into functional and robust backend services that cater to the needs of our customers.Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier engineering institute
• 2-4 years of professional experience with a reputed startup known for its Engineering prowess (or on a 0-1 product in a big Tech company)
• Strong proficiency in GoLang
• Experience with database systems
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation
• Knowledge of AWS
• Understanding of security best practices in backend development
• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Collaborate with product managers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements
• Design, develop, test, and maintain efficient, scalable, and secure server-side applications
• Implement data storage solutions, including databases, caching, and optimization techniques
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to maintain code quality and standards
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues reported by internal teams or users
