The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable server-side logic and database functionality, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests. - Experienced in JAVA / Python based Frameworks .

- Back-End Development: Strong experience in back-end development with a focus on building scalable and efficient server-side logic and database functionality.
- Java or Python Frameworks: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Java or Python-based frameworks (e.g., Spring, Django, Flask).
- Database Management: Proficiency in working with relational and NoSQL databases, including design, optimization, and querying.
- API Development: Experience in developing and maintaining APIs to support front-end and mobile applications.
- Performance Optimization: Ability to optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
- Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with front-end developers and other stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve back-end issues.
- Code Quality: Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts and collaborate with team members.
