Job Description

We are seeking a talented Backend Developer proficient in Node.js and Laravel to join our growing team. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems that support our web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring the reliability and performance of our applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js and Laravel frameworks.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Gather and address technical and design requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Node.js and Laravel frameworks, with at least 5 years of experience.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript and PHP.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis) is a plus.
• Understanding of server-side templating languages such as EJS, Blade, etc.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
