Job Description

Responsibilities:

? Design, develop, and implement scalable backend systems and APIs to support the functionality of the Companys platform.

? Collaborate with product managers and frontend engineers to define requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

? Lead the architecture and development of backend components, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

? Optimize system performance and reliability through continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

? Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior members of the engineering team.

? Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

? Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain backend services in cloud environments.

? Drive initiatives for improving code quality, automation, and development processes.

? Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and execute feature development and enhancement projects.

? Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

? 3-8 years of experience in backend software development, with a strong focus on building scalable and high-performance systems.

? Proficiency in any programming language.

? Solid understanding of database systems, including relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).

? Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Digital Ocean and Ali Cloud.

? Strong knowledge of RESTful API design principles and microservices architecture.

? Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems.

? Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

? Proven track record of delivering scalable and reliable backend solutions in a fast-paced environment.

? Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per month
