: Backend Developer (Java, Python)

Position: Backend Developer

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5+ years

Budget: Up to 18 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Java and Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements and deliver scalable backend solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code adhering to best practices.
• Develop and integrate APIs to support frontend and external systems.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated on emerging backend technologies and trends to enhance the system's capabilities.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficient in Java and Python with hands-on experience in backend development.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and architecture.
• Experience with API development and integration.
• Proficiency in working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
