: Back-End Engineer - IntelousAI

Position: Back-End Engineer Location: Bangalore, India Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Development:
• Build and maintain scalable server-side logic and RESTful APIs.
• Optimize the backend infrastructure for high performance, security, and scalability.
• Integration with AI and APIs:
• Seamlessly integrate external AI/ML APIs and data sources to power advanced features.
• Collaborate with front-end engineers to ensure smooth API implementation.
• Performance & Scalability:
• Develop backend systems to handle high volumes of data and concurrent campaigns.
• Implement robust error-handling mechanisms and system reliability practices.
• Ownership and Problem Solving:
• Take end-to-end ownership of features, from design to deployment.
• Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and proactively implement fixes.
• Collaboration and Agile Development:
• Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve sprint goals and milestones.
• Contribute to technical discussions, ensuring alignment with the broader vision.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Core Skills:

• Strong expertise in Java 8+ , Spring Boot , Hibernate/JPA , and PostgreSQL .
• Experience building RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture .

Additional Skills:

• Familiarity with Apache Kafka for distributed systems.
• Exposure to Apache Camel for integration tasks.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice-to-Have:

• Knowledge of Angular to support front-end collaboration.
• Experience integrating AI/ML APIs or working with cloud-native AI solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like GCP , AWS , or Azure .
