About the Role: We're looking for a passionate and talented Software Development Engineers to join our growing team and be a part of building the next-generation Xempla product. You'll be working alongside experienced engineers on a variety of challenging tasks, from designing and implementing new features to optimizing existing code and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain back-end services for our product using Python.
• Build and optimize data pipelines and workflows using Redis and MongoDB.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to our coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to your teammates.
• Collaborate with other engineers, designers, and product managers to bring new features to life.
• Continuously learn and improve your skills in Python, Redis, MongoDB, and other relevant technologies.
• Proactively identify and propose solutions to technical challenges.
• Automate tasks and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent
• experience).
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and concepts.
• 1-2+ years of experience developing back-end applications in Python.
• Familiarity with data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
• Comfort working with APIs and micro-services architecture.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
