Job Summary:
The Back-End Admin Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the company's back-end operations. This position is responsible for managing administrative functions related to data processing, system support, and assisting in the execution of business processes and system improvements. The role requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work with technical teams.
System Management and Support-
• Monitor and maintain back-end systems, databases, and platforms to ensure their optimal functioning.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues, working closely with the technical team.
• Perform data entry, data updates, and ensure the accuracy of information stored in systems.
Process Administration-
• Support the implementation and monitoring of internal business processes.
• Coordinate between departments to ensure that back-end administrative workflows are running efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to administrative procedures and system updates.
Reporting & Data Handling-
• Generate reports related to system performance, data integrity, and other back-end operations.
• Assist with analyzing data and preparing summaries or insights for upper management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies related to data management, storage, and confidentiality.
Coordination and Communication-
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (including IT, HR, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth communication and the seamless execution of back-end tasks.
• Act as a point of contact for inquiries regarding system-related admin functions.
Technical Support Assistance-
• Help in testing new software systems or updates before implementation.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and escalate more complex issues to IT or technical support teams.
Database Management-
• Assist in database management tasks, including inputting, cleaning, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Help back up and secure data to prevent loss and maintain data integrity.
Administrative Support-
• Manage internal documents, maintain filing systems, and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
