Job Description
• This is Not a sales job, not target based job.
• Job involves inbound & outbound calls with our franchises & Relationship building with them
• Addressing queries over the call and emails
• Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details
Required Candidate profile
• Should have good communication skills in english
• Female candidate only should apply
• Customer care experience will be preferred.
• Basic Knowledge of Computers
• Graduates (B.com preffered) with tally knowledge.
• Prior experience as a tele-caller or similar
• Nearby candidates only.
• Previous school / education field exp. preffered.
Skills:
Soft Skills- Spoken and Written English
Technical Skills- MS -Office and Internet, Framing mail content and good typing speed.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Morning shift
