Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Mutual Fund Executive to support the operations and administrative activities of the mutual fund division. The ideal candidate will handle backend operations such as processing transactions, ensuring compliance, managing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow. The Back Office Mutual Fund Executive will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all transactions and providing support for client servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling Mutual Funds division and end to end operations of it. MF trade processing.
MF corporate action process like dividend payout /dividend reinvestment issue to clients by coordinating with RTA/AMC.
Effective handling & monitoring day to day Operations viz transaction processing, effective allotment / pay outs, monitoring Controls, KYC, Audits etc.
Smooth Branch coordination - to ensure minimal complaints and quick resolution
Handling various day to day transaction activities.
Processing of Applications for new entities by uploading in DBMS software.
Ensuring Agents are compliant with Regulatory framework.
Support to sub agents regarding transactions, software installation, reimbursements and reconciliation.
Administrative support for all data entry on daily basis with MS Excel.
Client Servicing i.e. Coordination with the client for renewals & other services
Follow up with various clients regarding Mutual Fund & insurance service
Filling up a various form of Mutual Fund& insurance
Handling online portals
Maintain Data of clients
Mail Drafting & Coordination
Preparation of reports, knowledge of Ms word, MS Excel
Resolving day to day issues of customers.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum [X] years of experience in back-office operations, preferably in the mutual fund or financial services industry.
• Proficiency in handling mutual fund software systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.), and data management tools.
• Strong understanding of mutual fund products, financial regulations, and transaction processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
Key Competencies:
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to handle large volumes of transactions accurately.
• Good understanding of financial regulations related to mutual funds, including KYC and AML.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
