Key Responsibilities :
• Administrative Support :
• Manage and organize company documents and records.
• Handle correspondence and respond to internal and external inquiries.
• Data Management :
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in databases or software systems.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries based on data analysis.
• Documentation :
• Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Verify and validate documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordination :
• Communicate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Support the front office by providing necessary data or insights.
• Process Improvement :
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.
• Assist in developing and implementing new policies and procedures.
• IT & Technical Support : •(if applicable)•
• Handle basic troubleshooting of office systems and escalate technical issues when necessary.
Skills & Qualifications :
• Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
• Technical Skills :
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.
• Basic knowledge of office hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Soft Skills :
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
• Experience : Prior experience in a back office or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
